Execution
- Define, develop, and implement corporate strategy for UI architecture to meet defined usability goals for client projects
- Assure correctness, scalability and interoperability of architectural aspects of UI standards
- Audit quality of team deliverables, through peer and management review processes
- Recognize and remove redundancies and migrate designs toward common design patterns whenever possible
- Participate in external standards groups and projects that have stakeholder value for the company
- Manage a team of individuals or managers to accomplish strategic goals
Team Building ( Design Culture)
- Communicate clearly division UX goals internally and externally
- Establish UX policies for applications in conjunction with executives
- Manage key executive and administrative relationships within F1
- Represent F1 outside the company on technical and professional working groups
- Leverage usability labs and research innovations into client service.
Qualifications
- Possess 15+ years experience in development of user experiences for software products which is preferred
- Possess M.S. or Ph.D. degree in HCI, Psychology, CS, or Design which is preferred • Possess 3-5 years as a manager, plus 3-5 years as a senior manager, in UI Design or Usability
- Demonstrate success and leadership in implementing strategies that improve quality of products across a broad range of product lines and divisions
