Role Summary: Common tasks, qualifications and special skills
Execution
Define, develop, and implement corporate strategy for UI architecture to meet defined usability goals for client projects
Assure correctness, scalability and interoperability of architectural aspects of UI standards
Audit quality of team deliverables, through peer and management review processes
Recognize and remove redundancies and migrate designs toward common design patterns whenever possible
Participate in external standards groups and projects that have stakeholder value for the company
Manage a team of individuals or managers to accomplish strategic goals
Team Building ( Design Culture)
Communicate clearly division UX goals internally and externally
Establish UX policies for applications in conjunction with executives
Manage key executive and administrative relationships within F1
Represent F1 outside the company on technical and professional working groups
Leverage usability labs and research innovations into client service.
Qualifications
Possess 15+ years experience in development of user experiences for software products which is preferred

Possess M.S. or Ph.D. degree in HCI, Psychology, CS, or Design which is preferred • Possess 3-5 years as a manager, plus 3-5 years as a senior manager, in UI Design or Usability

Demonstrate success and leadership in implementing strategies that improve quality of products across a broad range of product lines and divisions
