Execution
- Supervise individual contributors in planning, design, and production of UX designs and usability activities
- Ensure execution of UX standards review processes
- Maintain usability and design compliance score cards

- Set craft quality standards, with a deep understanding of the customer's goals, business requirements and constraints. Lead teams to develop insights, define and prioritize opportunity areas, and envision concepts

- Responsible for the development and career growth of the design team in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications
- Possess 8-10 yrs experience in development of user experiences for software products which is preferred
- Possess professional experience as an individual contributor and as team lead or manager in UI Design or Usability group
- Demonstrate success and leadership in application of UCD process for shipping products
Core Skills
- Plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Visual Designers and UI Engineers, while working closely with clients, to drive UX team objectives and create innovative experiences for our business, products, and users.
- Build relationships with customers while advising and supporting the F1 design team.
- You will work across every stage of the project lifecycle to ensure that the concepts and design decisions are sensitive to both the needs of users and our customers' businesses. Help in crafting approaches, writing proposals, and presenting to prospective customers.
- Help in sales, hiring and building a strong design culture at f1.
