Technical
- Supervise individual contributors in planning, development, and production of UI components and projects.
- Ensure execution of standard review processes.
- Maintain usability and scalability compliance score cards.

Qualifications
- Possess 8-10 years' experience in UI and Frontend development.
- Possess professional experience as an individual contributor and as team lead or manager in UI Development and Engineering teams.
- Demonstrate success and leadership in application of UI Development process for shipping products
