Technical
- Proficiency in front-end development languages and tools, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and user experience (UX) principles and design patterns.
- Creation of performant UIs that are responsive and load quickly.
Execution
- Create interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and efficient.

- Testing and debugging the UI to ensure that it works as intended.
- Working with other stakeholders such as designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that the UI meets the needs of the project.
Teamwork/Leadership
- Communicate their ideas clearly and concisely to designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create effective UIs.
- Work with designers to conduct user research to understand the needs and expectations of users.
- Work with other stakeholders, such as product managers and business analysts, to ensure that the UI meets the needs of the project.
- Exercise flexibility and adaptability towards achieving the overall objectives of the group.
Qualifications
- Possess 4-5 years experience which is required, while 4-8 years work experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science and a strong understanding of front-end development languages and tools, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Master's degree in the same domain is also added advantage.
