Technical
- Demonstrate expert skill in and fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technical skills.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design & proficiency in a variety of UI development tools.
- A strong understanding of the business goals of the company.
Execution
- Demonstrate detailed technical and business understanding of several product domains; considered an expert in some product line areas or business domains; familiarity with competitive products.
- Assess industry trends and their impact on F1Studioz services and competitive advantages or disadvantages.
- Overseeing the development of UI components and libraries and defining the overall UI strategy for a product or service.
- Mentor and train junior UI Engineers.
Teamwork/Leadership
- Keep abreast of emerging UI technologies (e.g., languages, methods, standards) that have adoption or traction with F1Studioz competitors and assess the value added to F1Studioz to embrace or ignore those emerging area.
- Follow through with technical changes from usability efforts that span multiple projects.
- Provide UI guidance on complex and advanced topics to multiple projects.
- Work with other stakeholders, such as product managers and business analysts, to ensure that the UI meets the needs of the project.
- Supervise contractors and interns as necessary.
- Demonstrate mature and responsible attitude to all aspects of assigned position.
- Exercise flexibility and adaptability towards achieving the overall objectives of the group/division.
Qualifications
- Possess 5+ years of experience in UI development professionally.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science and a strong understanding of front-end development languages and tools, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX design principles, and UI development tools.
- The ability to identify and solve user interface problems by analyzing user data to improve usability.
- The ability to motivate, inspire, and coach others by setting clear goals and expectations.
- Ability to work directly with customers to build ideas from scratch to MVP.
