Meet Lakshmi. She is 68, a retired teacher in Secunderabad who keeps misplacing her reading glasses. Her son’s family lives close by, and any of them can step in. This is how we held her hand, all the way.

Arjun takes her in.

A reminder the night before. Arjun drives her in and checks her in at the lobby kiosk.
